I'm a Texas transplant living in the mountains of Park City, Utah where I quickly realized that the game of mahjong had not caught on like the wildfire game in the south. Après Mahjong is sharing the love of the game, cozy, chic, and apres style. When not gaming, I love to hike, ski, play tennis, and enjoy the good mountain life. A former television producer, I am in my next chapter of life where I split my time between the grocery store, the ski hill (ski race mom here) and the dance studio (also a proud dance mom.)
Co-Founder • Natalie Stouffer
A Utah native who took the scenic route home, I lived in seven states and Italy before settling back in the mountains of Park City. These days, I split my time between family adventures — skiing, hiking, and mountain biking — and my passion for building community. A former educator turned mindset coach, I combined my love of teaching and games to co-found Après Mahjong. With a passion for sharing the game’s joy and tradition, I'm on a mission to bring American Mahjong to my local Park City community and beyond.

Florida born and raised, I moved to Park City to work in our family clothing store. Met my husband on main street and never looked back. We have been here for almost 20 years living the great mountain life. I’m a gymnastics/ lacrosse mom who loves to cook, bake breads, work out, hike, play mahjong and spend time with family and friends. I recently started TastyParkCity.com to offer my delicious sourdough breads to our town. I picked up mahjong quickly and love playing with friends and family. I look forward to teaching this fun and exciting game!

Originally from New Jersey, I’ve called Park City home for over a decade. I’m a proud hockey, football, and lacrosse mom to my energetic 9-year-old son, Wyatt, and we share a love of mahjong—a game I also enjoy with my mom and am now teaching my husband, Mike. I truly treasure the friendships and sense of community that mahjong has brought into my life. Our family loves hiking with our aging Vizsla and making memories outdoors. When I’m not on the trails, you’ll usually find me reading, watching Hallmark movies, or soaking up the sun on the beaches of the Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Arizona born and raised, I met my husband in Vegas and followed him to San Francisco before landing in Park City—a move that had me crying over the snow but now I wouldn’t live anywhere else (though I still need Arizona thaw-outs). I’m a PTA president, dance/gym/football/toddler mom, and a fan of staying busy—whether it’s skiing (for the après, of course), running my Etsy shop, or sneaking off to Vegas. A former sorority social chair turned teacher, makeup artist, and now Mahjong instructor, I love bringing people together, teaching, and saying “yes” to adventure. Life’s too short not to fly by the seat of your pants!

I'm a beauty industry insider by day and Mahjong teacher by night, an east-coaster and ocean lover who is somehow living in the mountains of Park City, Utah. I love hot yoga, hiking, tennis and spending time with family and friends (ideally at the beach, but sauna's and pools work too). You can always count on me to be enthusiastic, unapologetic and all-in for Mahjong and for sweets.

I'm Ashlee, Utah county native, mom of two, world traveler, and Diet Coke enthusiast. I love weightlifting, escape rooms, murder mysteries, and playing all kinds of games. Mahjong won me over with its captivating mix of strategy and luck, and the tactile experience of playing with the tiles gives it that special something.
Instructor • Haley Beardsley
Originally from Twin Falls, Idaho, I came to Park City as a nanny for my niece and nephews and never left. I’ve lived in Flagstaff, Jackson Hole, and Seattle, but mountain towns have always felt like home.
I’m a hockey, lacrosse, and soccer mom who’s constantly on the move—whether hiking, skate skiing, walking our two goldens, or playing Mahjong with the Friday crew. With a background in luxury hospitality (Four Seasons, Sundance Resort, WSH), I now focus on family life and teaching Mahjong as an assistant instructor.
Give me reality TV, pottery class, and our annual dude ranch getaway, and I’m happy—life’s an adventure, and I’m all in!
